Lee is a change leader with expertise in shared services, business process transformation, automation, and technology developed over 30 years in leadership positions across 7 industries in companies including General Electric, AON, Kraft Foods, and Ascension (the world’s largest non-profit health system). Lee chairs or serves on several industry boards (HfS, SSON, World BPO/ITO), and has been appointed as Chair of the IEEE Working Group on Standards in Intelligent Process Automation.

Leslie Willcocks

Professor of Technology Work and Globalisation at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Leslie has an international reputation for his work on global management, outsourcing, digital technologies and business, organizational change, and automation and the future of work. He has co-authored 54 books and 135 refereed papers in academic and practice journals such as the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies and California Management Review.

Getting there


St Paul’s
Central line On exiting the station follow St Martin Le-Grand north towards Aldersgate Street and the Museum of London. When you arrive at the Museum of London roundabout our venue is located on the left. Look for the circular artwork in the window and go through the revolving doors.

Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines On exiting the station turn right on to Aldersgate Street. Follow Aldersgate Street south towards London Wall and the Museum of London. As you arrive at the roundabout for Museum of London our venue is on the right. Cross over the zebra crossing and look for the circular artwork in the window and go through the revolving doors to reception.

By Train

Aldersgate Station is located near Moorgate and Farringdon railway stations, and is around a 10 minute walk from both.

By Bus

The closest bus stop is at the Museum of London and is served directly by the number 4 and 56. Other services also serve Barbican and St Pauls and our venue is a short walk from both these locations.

The nearest ‘Boris Bike’

Docking stations are located directly outside 200 Aldersgate and adjacent to the Museum of London.


The closest car park is located next to the venue at 158 – 170 Aldersgate Street.
