A. J. Hanna

Executive Director of Professional Services at the Ascension Ministry Service Center

A.J. Hanna is a leading voice on the implementation of Intelligent Process Automation. A.J. established and leads the automation Center of Expertise as the Executive Director of Professional Services at the Ascension Ministry Service Center, one of the early adopters of robotic process automation (RPA) technology in the shared service space. He has also lent his voice to the book Service Automation: Robotics and the Future of Work by Dr. May Lacity and Dr. Leslie Willcocks. He is one of the founding members of the IEEE working group on Intelligent Process Automation. A.J. has over 30 years of experience in operations management, business process standardization and shared services.

Mary C Lacity

Curators’ Distinguished Professor of Information Systems at the University of Missouri, St. Louis and a Visiting Scholar at MIT Center for Information Systems Research.

Mary has held visiting positions at the London School of Economics, Washington University, and Oxford University. She has produced 25 books, most recently Robotic Process Automation and Risk Mitigation: The Definitive Guide (2017) and Service Automation, Robots and The Future of Work (2016) (both coauthored with Leslie Willcocks). Dr. Lacity’s publications have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, IEEE Computer, MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, and many other academic and practitioner outlets.

Ann Delmedico

Ann Delmedico is Vice President and leader of Prudential Financials’ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence.

This function works in collaboration with each US Business and Corporate Center in assessing, developing and implementing RPA Solutions.  Ann has a strong background in strategy and IT leadership, building high-performing teams and leading organizational transformations.  During her tenure at Prudential, she previously held roles in change management, software quality assurance and IT controls.  Prior to Prudential, Ann was employed with several software vendors specializing in reinsurance software and medical malpractice insurance software.  Ann holds a Business Degree from Thomas Edison State University.

Jon Theuerkauf

Managing Director and Group Head of Performance Excellence at BNY Mellon

Jon Theuerkauf is Managing Director and Head of Performance Excellence (PE) at BNY Mellon. Jon is responsible for the company’s Reengineering efforts, Robotics and SMART Technology initiative, Cost Management and the Global Delivery Network- managing the migrations of work and resources to the right locations. Jon has more than 25 years of experience working on and leading global transformation initiatives that delivered positive results in support of sustainable growth, quality, productivity and efficiency in financial services and other industries.
